Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.

Terms and Conditions:
No Smoking: For the comfort and benefit of our guests Anvil House is a “strictly non Smoking” establishment.
Damaged or Missing Property:
Anvil House reserves the right to replace, with new any missing or damaged/soiled items.
Any additional cleaning will be charged appropriately and may include the cost for loss of business.
The guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or charged facility used at the time of the booking.

Guest property:
Anvil House and its staff does not accept any Liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the property.
We also cannot accept responsibility for your cars/bicycle while parked on our premises.
Your car is parked at your own risk.

Lost property:
Lost property is kept for a period of 1 month.
It is the responability of the guest to contact Anvil House if they wish to have anything returned by post or courier at their own cost.
